With a name like Mad Cow, it’s no surprise that this flamboyant New York-style grill offers the finest steaks grilled to your exact specifications. What is a surprise, though, is that the Peter Doyle-designed menu caters not only to the city’s carnivores but also to vegetarians. Head chef Chris Whitehead sources the freshest quality produce, and dishes it up with flair.
