I found this bar/restaurant purely by chance whilst in Melbourne on business in August, but our party (5 from Brisbane) enjoyed the great food, and excellent European beers, all delivered with spot-on service. The only drawback was the wait - they do not take dinner reservations, but it is definitely worth the wait.

We enjoyed a memorable evening, and recommend Bar Lourinha to people visiting Melbourne.
