For small, intimate wedding celebrations The Retreat is the ideal venue. At a set starting price of $8,000 The Retreat is available on a whole facility basis to cater for your very special event.

Cooking School: The kitchen has been specifically designed as a teaching kitchen. It can cater for up to 35 people in a demonstration class and up to 14 guests in hands on class – usually cooking their own lunch or dinner.

The classes give program organisers the opportunity to create some serious and effective team building exercises or as a fun diversion from the 9 to 5. For groups of friends and families, activities in the kitchen also are a great fun way to spend time together.

Your Chef, Rebecca Stubbs, brings a wealth of experience to Chapel Hill having cooked for three years with highly awarded chef Le Tu Thai at the Bridgewater Mill, Ann Oliver, Enoteca and most recently at Chloe’s with the 2009 South Australian chef of the Year, Johnny Triscari.

The Retreat comprises of seven double rooms. A reception for 20 to 50 guests for a four-course dinner or cocktail party for 30 to 100 guests. The exclusive use of The Retreat is to give the ultimate in privacy and enjoyment of the very special occasion. The accommodation facilities are split between The Retreat itself, and the Guest House. The Retreat : seven  rooms with ensuite bathroom, views to the vineyard, mini Bar, TV facilities, internet access & Wi-Fi, tea and coffee making facilities, hair dryer, pillow selection The Guest House : three  bedrooms with ensuite or individual bathroom, TV/DVD facilities, internet & Wi-Fi, tea or coffee making facilities, hair dryer, pillow selection, access to full house, kitchen, living room with open fire and dining room. All accommodation offers : 100% rain water showers, bath robes, own access to patio, vineyard views, and laundry facilities are available at both The Retreat and Guest House.

Retreat Packages from 14 to 20 guests range between $2,500 to $3,200 per night : one nights accommodation in both The Retreat and the Guest House for up to 20 guests twin share, full breakfast provisions, full use of all facilities, late check out (subject to availability).
