Celebrity chef and co-owner Pete Evans and Executive Chef, Massimo Mele have created a menu based on home-style Italian cuisine that has been awarded ‘Best Pizza in the World’ at the New York Pizza Challenge in 2005, and ‘Best Pizza in NSW’ in 2005, 2007, 2008 and 2009 plus ‘Best Pizza in Australia’ in 2009.

Hugos Bar Pizza is part of the Hugos Group of venues, currently comprising of Hugos Lounge, The Pantry in Melbourne and the most recent addition, Hugos Manly. These distinctive venues merge a unique mix of sophistication with a cosy, comfortable and relaxed attitude of urban Australian lifestyle.
