Having seen Salt House Cairns on foodwinesleep my wife and I thought it looked worth checking out. We certainly weren't disappointed - really friendly, attentive service, brilliantly innovative (and more importantly delicious) food and a fantastic range of wines and cocktails. Dessert sealed the deal - the tasting plate would be worth swimming across oceans for. Thanks foodwinesleep for the tip off!
