Multi award-winning Auge Ristorante is the perfect venue for an intimate dinner for two, a function for 60 guests, or a cocktail party for up to 120 people. A bar area with a glass mosaic pool separates the dining room, here guests are invited to enjoy a beverage or antipasti before their meal. The dining room's modern interior and warm atmosphere along with impeccable and honest service make dinner at Auge a truly pleasurable experience. The Chef creates contemporary Italian cuisine using the best seasonal ingredients available. Everything on the menu is made in-house and the pasta is handmade every morning and afternoon. To complement Auge’s cuisine and heighten their interest and passion in Italian wines, Auge take pleasure in introducing you to Vino by Auge, a cooperative effort between David Scott their Sommelier and three top, Australian, Italian grape-variety specialists. A convenient location in Adelaide CBD makes it ideal for overseas and interstate travellers. Lunch Tuesday to Friday 12pm to 3pm, Dinner Tuesday to Saturday 6pm to late, private functions welcome!
