The Gazebo Bar & Restaurant has been designed to add a touch of tropical glamour with its louvered venetians, soft furnishings and refreshing sounds played on the Bang & Olufsen through the lobby and bar. With a great reputation amongst local food-buffs, the restaurant offers a contemporary Australian menu peppered with influences from Asia and the Mediterranean, creating a fusion of inner-city sophistication and innovative modern cuisine. Renowned Executive Chef Joseph Fenton exploits fresh and crisp ingredients creating such delights as mouthwatering soft shell crab, Duck three-way and twice cooked pork belly. The restaurant lends itself to a relaxed leafy environment with stylish music and controlled lighting contributed by the service team who simply love being there, and it shows.

Dining at the Gazebo Restaurant and Bar is more than a culinary experience the restaurant also offers a uniquely captivating ambience. The designers have brought a touch of the tropical indoors creating an urban oasis of the stunning parklands overlooking the hotel which entices Brisbane residents as well as hotel guests, and the buzzing cocktail bar is a regular haunt of the city’s professionals.
