Recently opened is the “Australian Wine Emporium” which is located at The Australian Hotel and is the perfect space for private gatherings and functions. Complete with the old world charm this quaint wine bar has become a very popular destination to sample a range of wines by the glass, share a platter, or order something from the main menu, such as one of our famous Pizzas!

It is also the home to the Annual Beer Festival which operates in the month of October and is the official beer festival of the Sydney International Food Festival. With a wonderful array of Australian Beers in the one place to see, the beer festival is the perfect place for those who are too scared to take the plunge into boutique Australian beers and is the exact push they need to become an aficionado.

Brewers come from all around Australia to showcase their beers over the two days. With live entertainment, beer tasting and Meet the Brewer Sessions there is definitely something for everyone!
