Bridget has spent the last 20 years immersing herself in everything culinary. As a qualified chef she has worked and operated some of the best, busiest and most often demanding restaurant kitchens in Australia and New Zealand.
Her last role as head chef for Bill Granger in his iconic Sydney restaurant had her scrambling eggs for the Bills faithful before taking up the role of live cooking demonstrator and Chef for Electrolux alongside the masterful Tetsuya Wakuda.
As well as representing Electrolux, Bridget also holds intimate cooking classes, is the creator of the “The Business Degustation Breakfast”, hosts master classes and food workshops, is a cooking show presenter and demonstrator, event planner and organizer and works as a culinary consultant to various agencies.
Bridget's Blog ‘The Internet Chef’ is a portal for good honest food where her mantra is “Inspiring and empowering you to cook and eat better.” Her blog features wonderful recipes, cooking advice, cooking tutorial videos and internet reviews.
Bridget has been featured in the Huffington Post and is currently ranked in the Top Ten chefs in the world on twitter. She was also recently named as the second most influential Australian “foodie” on the internet.
