Brett Lanthois joined the team at Chapel Hill as Front of House Manager in April 2007. Learning from one of the regions champions, Pip Forrester, Brett was able to soon discover all the keys of what makes McLaren Vale a great place to source local sustainable produce.
Prior to joining Chapel Hill Brett worked extensively in the hospitality industry at some of the states award-winning restaurants and operated his own hospitality service business supplying hospitality staff to the industry for special occasions, functions, events and short term emergency situations.
Brett took on the role of General Manager in 2009 and claims to have the best office views anyone can imagine. With views overlooking the St Vincent Gulf, Chapel Hill's Vineyards and the Onkaparinga National Park, who would challenge this statement?
