An Australian first for hotel restaurants, glass brasserie combines the internationally acclaimed interior design of New York designer Tony Chi and the exceptional culinary expertise of highly awarded local restaurateur Luke Mangan.

Choose from the extensive a la carte menu which is updated seasonally, and features fresh, locally sourced produce prepared using classical French techniques. Or indulge in the 6-course degustation menu allowing you to sample a range of our most popular dishes.

The three-dimensional 'wine experience' at glass brasserie reflects the best of Australian and international blue chip and boutique wines. The team have assembled a selection of over 800 expertly chosen bottles and over 10,000 wines were tasted in the selection process.

This place was a stand out! We had been planning to go Glass for a while for my sister's birthday, and all of our expectations were met - if not exceeded. The food and wine was exceptional and the wait staff attended our every need. The wine list was a bit intimidating at first but the Sommelier did an great job with their recommendations of matching wines. It was worth the money paid. If only I could afford to eat here all the time!

I love this place. We started off at the bar which has the open kitchen behind you, very cool and in front of you there are floor to ceiling (and they are high) bottles of wine. The cocktails here are delicious! We then moved into the main part of the restaurant for our dinner. We were a table of about 15 and everything worked like clockwork. I had such a good time and I will be back soon. I think it would also be a really nice place for couples to come as the atmosphere lends itself to both groups and romantic dinners.

I had an absoultely amazing degustation dining experience at glass. We were seated not too far from the open kitchen and felt like we were part of the whole dining and cooking experience. We enjoyed Luke Mangan's own wine to accompany the delicious array of mouthwatering dishes, the couple next to us, looked over in awe and said they would be back to have a Degustation menu next time. I love Luke's French twist - it makes his dishes really unique and I can't wait for the next excuse I have to go there again!
