Full of contradictions, which is part of its charm, this heritage listed building built in 1889, is a former Sydney Water Workshop which has been stripped back to its raw structure, high ceilings exposing original features contrasted against flamboyant furnishings for an eclectic mix of the weird and the wonderful…where else could you pay homage to Elvis whilst turning water into wine!

The Winery is destined to become the preferred locale, for those looking to while away their afternoons. Gracelands is the ultimate in private dining, decadent with large gold studded couches and thrones, the oversized holy communal table has built in wine buckets, designed to sit back and quaff like The King! With its private entrance, exclusive mirrored bar and indoor garden, Gracelands will let you lord it up in style. The Balcony is designed for comfort. The Winery’s furniture gives guests the ultimate luxe lounge. French chairs from the early 1900's are given a facelift of bright gold leathers from Italy and a Chandelier made from Antelopes heads.

The Winery’s sommeliers source wines from across the globe to find the most unusual top drops for the most endearing winos, looking for wines that are fun and approachable. For those who like to take it slow, The Winery comes complete with an enomatic wine system from Italy, giving wine lovers the opportunity to try over 50 varieties of wine by the glass. No wine cellar is complete without the old original, the barrel of wine! The Winery has barrels that are shipped down from the Hunter Valley weekly, for a full winery experience. The favourite red and white for the month will be put on a truck and shipped down for guests to try firsthand, a wine experience that is not usually available to the urban Sydney wine lover.
