Benchmark Wine Bar opened its doors in April 2003 with a vision of being the only true wine bar in the ACT. Since then Benchmark Wine Bar has proven to be the leader in wine knowledge. They serve over 100 wines by the glass and more than 400 by the bottle from both new and old world countries. Their philosophy for European cuisine is to serve the best possible produce daily in a simple and unique style, where both food and wine complement each other. Benchmark Wine Bar has hosted, and continue to host, wine dinners with local, interstate and overseas winemakers as well as charity events, theme events and specialty dinners. They are open for all occasions and specialise in corporate functions. Simply stated, Benchmark Wine Bar has a passion for wine and food. They take personal care of their guests leaving them with memorable culinary experiences.
