With cooler days behind us, Harry's new spring menu reflects the region's finest seasonal fare. The new menu has been devised by expert chefs James Dooley and Ben Riley. The pair have worked together to design a menu that reflects their 5 star and Michelin restaurant experience, using local produce and slow cooking methods throughout Gramp's Bar is now an even better place to relax, having been redefined to include Barossa Platters with a focus on regional cuisine such as the aptly-named Butcher, Baker, Valley Cheese Maker, which consists of Lachschinken and Garlic Mettwurst from Lyndoch with Zimmy's Relish, Fresh 1918 Loaf from Apex Bakery and Baby Camembert from Barossa Valley Cheese Company. There is also a decadent Haigh's chocolate fondue.
